Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle orders, processing times and delivery. 

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 

Please note: We do NOT ship on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather, or busy periods. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do NOT offer international shipping. At this time, we only ship within the UK. But we are hopefully looking at shipping internationally in the near future. 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable), so you can follow your delivery process. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

PLEASE ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are NOT responsible for packages sent to the wrong address if incorrect details were provided. 

Lost or Delayed Parcels
