Refund policy

LottieMai & Co. Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Lottie Mai & Co., but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Returns will only be accepted if items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags intact and securely attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will NOT be eligible for return. Sale items are NOT eligible for returns.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return postage cost is covered by YOU, unless the item was faulty on arrival to you or incorrect.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item first for a refund, then place a new order.
